- IMPORTANT NOTICE: Final date to make reservations is before or by 7 April 2026. After this date, the discounted rates are no longer applicable and will return to standard prices. Availability of rooms will be limited.
- If you are not staying at Iberostar, please let us know as there will be a cost of USD 70 per person per day to access the property.
- There are two sections of the Iberostar resort available for conference attendees, Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites (where the conference rooms are) & Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach (3 minutes walk from the Suites). Scroll down to see the rates for both sections.
- Staying at the beautiful all-inclusive family friendly resort means that meals, drinks, entertainment and access to on-site childcare services are included in the rate.
- Accommodation can be paid in two parts.

Reservations guidelines
- Only Visa, Master Cards, American Express are accepted. PayPal is not accepted.
- Using different credit cards for split payments with the intention of completing the full amount due at the end of any booking session, is not accepted.
- Where guests are sharing, only one (1) credit card is accepted for payments.
- Credit cards are charged upfront once the payment of reservation is completed.
- Two partial payments are accepted. A minimum of 1 night to secure the reservations and the outstanding balance due will be charged to the same credit card used at the initial payment on or before 21 days before arrival. Otherwise, reservations will be cancelled and nights collected will not be refunded.
- Guests who select a partial payment option will receive an email from Iberostar Reservations Department 35 days before arrival. This email will confirm that the balance will be automatically charged to the existing credit card information. In case the used credit card has changed, guests must respond to the email requesting a payment link to process the final payment using a different credit card. In case the Reservations Department does not receive a response from the guests in a timely manner, the reservation system will automatically use the existing credit card information to process the outstanding amount due.
- No show – The hotel will charge the full stay for no shows.
- Early departure – The hotel will charge for the full length of stay.
- All guest rooms will be held for late arrival until midnight on the date of the scheduled arrival.
- Guests may be required to secure payment of incidental expenses with a major credit card at check-in.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations by guests made on or before 28 January 2026, no penalties are applied and the hotel will refund deposit made.
- Cancellations from 29 January – 27 February 2026. The hotel will charge as penalty 1 night of the entire stay based on double occupancy.
- Cancellations from 28 February – 14 March 2026. The hotel will charge as penalty 2 nights of the entire stay based on double occupancy.
- Cancellations from 15 -29 March 2026. The hotel will charge as penalty 3 nights of the entire stay based on double occupancy.
- Cancellations from 30 March 2026 until arrival. The hotel will charge the full penalty of the entire stay.
Reservation modifications
- After a reservation is completed and the first three (3) nights are paid, if a change in reservation is needed, then guests must send an email with the change requested to groupsonline.ame@iberostar.com
- If as a result of the modification a refund is due, this will always be done to the same credit card at the time of payment. If the change in reservation reflects an outstanding cost difference (due to additional nights, incrementing room occupancy), then the collection is being processed with the same credit card used at the time the initial booking was made.
- Additional reservations, modifications, cancellations cannot be done through the customised portal reservation. Please send an email to groupsonline.ame@iberostar.com with the following information where applicable:
