- Maximum occupancy in the room: 4 adults
- Cut-off date: Reservations for attendees must be received on or before 30 days prior to arrival (29 October 2025).
- Children policy:
- Child rates will apply for children aged from 3 to 12 years.
- Children from 0 to 2.99 years are free of charge.
- 1st and 2nd child ages from 3 to 12 years, the rates shown are applicable if sharing the rooms with two adults.
- There must be two full paying adults in each room to apply the Child rate.
- If there’s one child and one adult in the same room, the child pays the double adult rate.
- Three children with one adult in the same room, first child will pay the adult double rate, second and third child will pay child rates.
- Rates are all inclusive.

Reservations guidelines
- Only Visa, Master Cards, American Express are accepted. PayPal is not accepted.
- Using different credit cards for split payments with the intention of completing the full amount due at the end of any booking session, is not accepted.
- Where guests are sharing, only one (1) credit card is accepted for payments.
- Credit cards are charged upfront once the payment of reservation is completed.
- Two partial payments are accepted. A minimum of 1 night to secure the reservations and the outstanding balance due will be charged to the same credit card used at the initial payment on or before 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, reservations will be cancelled and nights collected will not be refunded.
- Guests who select a partial payment option will receive an email from Iberostar Reservations Department 35 days before arrival. This email will confirm that the balance will be automatically charged to the existing credit card information. In case the used credit card has changed, guests must respond to the email requesting a payment link to process the final payment using a different credit card. In case the Reservations Department does not receive a response from the guests in a timely manner, the reservation system will automatically use the existing credit card information to process the outstanding amount due.
- No show – The hotel will charge the full stay for no shows.
- Early departure – The hotel will charge for the full length of stay.
- All guest rooms will be held for late arrival until midnight on the date of the scheduled arrival.
- Guests may be required to secure payment of incidental expenses with a major credit card at check-in.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations by guests made on or before 29 August 2025, no penalties are applied and the hotel will refund deposit made.
- Cancellations from 30 August – 28 September 2025. The hotel will charge as penalty 1 night of the entire stay based on double occupancy.
- Cancellations from 28 September – 13 October 2025. The hotel will charge as penalty 2 nights of the entire stay based on double occupancy.
- Cancellations from 14-28 October 2025. The hotel will charge as penalty 3 nights of the entire stay based on double occupancy.
- Cancellations from 29 October 2025 until arrival. The hotel will charge the full penalty of the entire stay.
Reservation modifications
- After a reservation is completed and the first three (3) nights are paid, if a change in reservation is needed, then guests must send an email with the change requested to: Orel-Lee Sinclair at groupreservations.jm@iberostar.com
- If as a result of the modification a refund is due, this will always be done to the same credit card at the time of payment. If the change in reservation reflects an outstanding cost difference (due to additional nights, incrementing room occupancy), then the collection is being processed with the same credit card used at the time the initial booking was made.
- Additional reservations, modifications, cancellations cannot be done through the customised portal reservation. Please send an email to Orel-Lee Sinclair at groupreservations.jm@iberostar.com with the following information where applicable:
