IMPORTANT NOTICE: Final date to make reservations is before or by 7 February 2026. After this date, the discounted rates are no longer applicable and will return to standard prices. Availability of rooms will be limited.

If you are not staying at Iberostar, please let us know as there will be a cost of USD 70 per person per day to access the property.

Is participation mandatory?

No, participation is completely optional. The official conference ends on Friday, 1 May 2026. Hands & Hearts in Action Day of Service takes place on Saturday, 2 May 2026.
 

Who can participate?

All registered conference attendees are welcome to participate.
 

How long will the activities last?

Hands & Hearts in Action Day of Service will take place on Saturday morning, 2 May 2026, and is expected to conclude by 1:00 p.m., with participants returning to the Iberostar resort by that time.
 

When should I book my departure flight?

If you plan to participate in Hands & Hearts in Action, we recommend booking your departure flight for late evening on Saturday, 2 May 2026, or later, to allow sufficient time to take part fully.

Conference attendees can book at either Selection Rose Hall Suites (where the conference meeting rooms are) or Waves Rose Hall Beach which is right beside the Suites (3 minutes walk).

What’s included in the accommodation rate:

All-inclusive benefits: The hotel offers all-inclusive packages that cover meals, drinks, and entertainment. Here’s a breakdown of what’s included:

  • Dining: Complimentary meals at all restaurants and 12-hour room service (available exclusively at the Selection Suites).
  • Drinks: All bars are included (special liquors may have an additional charge).
  • Entertainment Nightly entertainment, a disco, and free Star Camp for children with assigned coordinators.
  • Child care:
    • Star Camp: Fun and engaging childcare program for kids and teens ages 4–17, open daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Activities outside of these hours are at an additional cost. 
    • Babysitting services: available at an extra cost:
      • Up to 10:00 pm – USD $15 per hour, per child.
      • After 10:00 pm – USD $45 per hour, per child (minimum 2-hour booking).

Payment flexibility split payments: To assist with your financial planning, accommodation can be paid in two installments, providing you with more flexibility in managing your costs.

Fees are inclusive of the 3-day conference, materials, coffee breaks, networking sessions and cultural night. Registration fee does not include accommodation. 

Definitely. Included in the confirmation email will be a QR code which you will need for check-in at the conference. Be sure to keep it handy.

It’s the tropics. Take light, breathable business clothing for during the day.

Warm and tropical, with average daytime temperatures around 28-32 °C (82-90 °F). Nights are mild — generally in the mid-20s °C (mid-70s °F). There may be occasional brief showers, but it's also a fairly dry time before the summer rainy season picks up.
