Rev. Professor Delanyo Adadevoh

Building Bridges: A Timely Call for Pan-African Unity and Transformation (Tag teaming with Dr. Lisa Adjei from the UK)
Meet the Voice: Delanyo
Rev. Professor Delanyo Adadevoh is a visionary leader committed to seeing nations transformed through God-centered values and moral leadership. As Founder and President of the International Leadership Foundation (ILF), he equips leaders of integrity to drive holistic, sustainable transformation across society.
He serves as Senior Vice President of Campus Crusade for Christ International (CCCI) and Chairman of the African Forum on Religion and Government (AFReG), where he fosters collaboration between faith leaders, government officials, and professionals to advance national and continental development. His enduring vision is clear: God-centered development initiatives across Africa and the Diaspora.
With over four decades of global leadership influence, he has spoken into the lives of students, executives, diplomats, and heads of state. He also helped establish key leadership institutions in Africa, including Africa Leadership and Management Academy (ALMA) in Zimbabwe and Ghana as well as the International Leadership University (ILU) Burundi. He currently serves as Chancellor of ILU Burundi and ALMA University Ghana.
A scholar at heart, he holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Ghana), an M.A. in Social Science (Leadership) from Azusa Pacific University (USA), and a Ph.D. in Interpretation Theories from the University of Leeds (UK).
Beyond his global leadership work, Professor Adadevoh remains deeply grounded in his cultural heritage and faith. He continues the tradition of greeting with the right hand—a simple but meaningful expression of respect. A former soloist and lifelong soccer fan, he might surprise you with his love for ice cream as a comfort treat. One of his most adventurous moments? Assisting in the delivery of his second child, an experience he describes as unforgettable.
Reflecting on his younger years (when he was known as “Sidney” in high school), he often jokes that if he could travel back to 1977, he would take his computer programming and French classes more seriously. His forward-thinking leadership is matched by bold convictions; if given the opportunity to introduce one national law, he would ban the export of raw minerals—ensuring that nations retain and multiply the value of their own resources.
Rev. Professor Adadevoh resides in Florida, with his wife, Elizabeth. His life and leadership continue to reflect a deep commitment to faith, integrity, and the transformation of nations.

Leadership for Building Trans-Atlantic Oneness, Prosperity, and Generosity
Meet the Voice: Simon
Simon Wafubwa is the Founder and CEO of Enwealth Financial Services, a company that grew from a modest start of KES 300,000 to managing over KES 90 billion in pension, investment, and insurance assets across Kenya, Uganda, and Mauritius. His work is driven by a simple but powerful goal: helping people achieve lifelong financial dignity through innovation and ethical leadership.
A graduate of the University of Nairobi and a Stanford Seed alumnus, Simon blends strong financial expertise with a deep commitment to faith and values. At the heart of Simon’s work is a deeply held belief in ethical, values-driven leadership. A born-again Christian, he is passionate about marketplace transformation and economic empowerment. If he could add a word to the dictionary, it would be “Value-preneur”—someone who builds businesses so people thrive, not just profit.
Grounded in family and culture, Simon treasures traditions such as honoring elders and sharing Sunday meals with extended family. He still keeps photos from Enwealth’s earliest days as a reminder of humble beginnings and God’s faithfulness along the journey. Looking ahead, his vision is bold and continental: a pan-African pension education initiative that connects African youth with diaspora professionals to build financial literacy and invest intentionally in Africa’s future. If he could travel to any year in a time machine, it would be 2045. Why, to see how Africa’s financial services landscape has transformed with digital retirement solutions.
Simon is also the author of When the Vision Speaks, a reflection of his conviction that clarity of purpose, when matched with discipline and faith, can shape generations. Whether in Nairobi—his city of choice—or on the global stage, his leadership continues to point toward a future marked by prosperity, stewardship, and shared dignity across Africa and the Diaspora.
Simon is married to Metrine and has been blessed with two children, Imani and Kibali.
